军队科技期刊的技术泄密因素分析及防范对策

Analysis of technical leakage in military sci-tech periodicals and its countermeasures

军队科技期刊作为国防科技和武器装备技术交流的主要载体,保密工作不容忽视。从主观性、客观性和关联性3个方面分析军队科技期刊出版中的主要技术泄密因素。认为有针对性地提出防范技术泄密的主要对策是提高编审人员技术保密意识和对技术涉密内容的鉴别能力,切实关注保密细节,防止关联性泄密。

As the main media for the technical exchange of national defense-related science, technology, weapons and equipment, the militalT sci-tech periodicals should place great importance on security. From three aspects, i. e. , subjectivity, objectivity and relevancy, this paper discusses the main factors which may cause technology leakage in editing military sci-tech periodicals and further puts forward countermeasures for the problem, which are to improve the editors＇ awareness of keeping secret and their ability of judging secrets as well as their attention to details in order to avoid relevant leakage.
