摘要
本试验研究了在不同浓度(20、40、60和80 mg/L)丁香油和温度(23℃和27℃)对斑马鱼的麻醉效果。研究结果表明,在本试验丁香油浓度范围内,斑马鱼的麻醉时间随丁香油浓度的增大而缩短,复苏时间则随丁香油浓度的增大而延长。在23℃和27℃下,斑马鱼的麻醉时间在20 mg/L浓度处理组最长,显著高于其他浓度处理组(P<0.05);复苏时间在20 mg/L浓度处理组下最短,显著低于其他浓度处理组(P<0.05)。同一浓度下,斑马鱼的麻醉时间和苏醒时间均随温度的升高而缩短。综上结果,本研究认为在浓度为40 mg/L下丁香油对斑马鱼麻醉效果较好,丁香油对斑马鱼的麻醉效果受温度影响显著。
The present study investigated the anesthetic effect of clove oil on Danio rerio at concentrations(20 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 60 mg/L and 80 mg/L) and temperatures(23 ℃ and 27 ℃). The re-sults showed that the anesthetic time decreased with increase of doses, while the recovery time displayed a reverse trend. The anesthetic time was the longest at the temperature of 23 ℃ and 27 ℃ with the concentration of 20 mg/L, this time was significantly longer than the other treat-ments(P&lt;0.05), while the recovery time was the shortest among all the groups at the same concen-tration(P&lt;0.05). Both the anesthetic time and the recovery time decreased with the increase of the temperature under the same concentration. Above all, the lowest effective anesthetic concen-tration of clove oil was at 40 mg/L concentration. The anesthetic effect of clove oil on Danio re-rio was obviously influenced by temperature.
