摘要
在设计高功率小型化发动机时,需要一种方法来提前预测缸盖冷热冲击低周疲劳问题。主要采用CAE的方法来预测发动机缸盖是否满足设计要求,并通过试验来验证该方法的可行性。
It is necessary to find out the way that can predict thermal shock low cycle fatigue of engine cylinder head for high performance miniaturization engine. The approach of CAE is used to predict the low cycle fatigue strength of cylinder head. Meanwhile feasibility of the CAE approach is verified by thermal shock experiment.
