摘要 随着电子市场的发展,电子测量仪器仪表得以广泛应用。直流电子负载系统以ARM单片机作为控制核心,提高了系统的整体性能,丰富了系统可控制的电学量,使系统主要有恒阻、恒压、恒流、恒功率等几种工作模式。在其构成方面,系统主要选用了型号为MAX4080的高侧电流模块、型号为2SD1047的双极型晶体管等器件。系统舍弃在单片机外部使用D/A转换器,转而采用单片机自身的PWM输出功能,既可以达到系统调节要求,又节约了系统的成本。其选用PID算法控制系统,不仅简化了电路,降低了成本,还增强了系统的抗干扰能力和可靠性。 With the development of electronic market, electronic measuring instruments and equipment have been wildly used. The DC electronic load system uses ARM microcontroller as the control core, which enhances system's overall performance, enriches the controllable electric parameters, and can make the system working in Constant Resistance, Constant Voltage, Constant Current and Constant Power modes. In terms of its composition, the system main!y chooses the MAX4080 module and the 2SD1047 bipolar transistor. Instead of using D/A converter outside of the MCU, the system chooses the chip's own PWM output function, which reduces the cost while still fitting the requirement of the system. The used PID algorithmic control system not only simplifies the circuit and reduces the cost, but also improves the system's anti-jamming capability and reliability.
