Abstract： The paper indicates the definition of the construction management of the architectural projects and its importance, sums up some prob- lems in the construction managdment of the architectural projects by combining with the current status, and explores the innovative models from the cost, the quality, the progress and the safety, so as to meet the demands of the architectural market by the innovation and reform in the con- struction management.
