儿童植物神经性癫痫的脑电图及临床分析

EEG of children patients with autonomic epilepsy and its clinical analysis

[目的]通过135例小儿植物神经性癫痫患者的脑电图及临床分析,探讨其病因。[方法]根据135份临床资料,脑电图是采用日本产光电7209脑电图仪,做单极及双极导联描记。[结果]发现其异常脑波多为尖波、尖—慢综合波及阵发性高幅慢节律,少见棘波发放。对于轻型、中型患者,仅用谷氨酸、维生素E、谷维素(部分加用654—2)等促进大脑功能和调节植物神经的药物,对重型患者,在使用上述药物同时加用抗癫痫药,效果较好,临床症状和脑电图放电改善均较。[结论]提示小儿植物神经性癫痫可能与小儿大脑发育不完善有关。

[Purpose] To find the causes of children autonomic epilepsy through the clinical analysis of 135 EEC. [Method] According to 135 clinical material, EEC machine (II7209, made in Japan) was used , with monopolar and bipolar graphical method. [Result]The abnormal waves were mainly sharp ones, sharp slow complex ones and paroxysmal high - voltage slow rhythmn. Spike waves were seldom found. For patients with mild and medium symptoms, Glutaminx acid, vatamin E and oryzanol (some with 654 - 2) were given. For those with severe symptoms, antiepileptics was added, and the clinical symptoms and abnormal waves were soon improved. [Conclusion]Children autonomic epilepsy may relate to brain hypoplasia.
