摘要
[目的]为探讨太钢生产现场粉尘浓度的危害程度,以及粉尘浓度与分散度之间的关系。[方法]采用武安84-11型粉尘采样器监测粉尘浓度;采用滤膜法监测粉尘分散度。[结果]通过对太钢1999年度430个粉尘作业点的粉尘浓度分析,发现各种性质粉尘均值分别超过国家标准,且以冶炼系统和矿山系统超标最严重。同时,<5μm的呼吸性粉尘分散度186各样品中占58.25%,并通过对矿山系统的30个样品的粉尘浓度和呼吸性粉尘分散度的相关分析,发现存在正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]说明空气中呼吸性粉尘的含量随着粉尘浓度的增高而增加。
[Purpose]To study hazard degree of dust concentration at Taigang working site. [Method]To adopt Wu'an 84-11 dust samp to monitor dust concentration and fillet membrane method to monitor dust dispersity. [ Result] Through analysis of dust concentration in 4 dust working sites in Taigang, it was found that average value of all kinds of dust exceeds national standards, especially that of smelt sysb and mine system. Dispersities of respiratory dust ( < 5um) covered 58.25% of 186 samples. And through correlation analysis of dust co centration of 30 samples in mine system and dust dispersity, positive correlation was proved. [Conclusion]Respiratory dust content in air i creases with raising of dust concentration.
