摘要 地铁BAS系统设备的维修与护理是工业生产成本中一项巨大支出,维修工作在很大程度上取决于设备使用和维修人员对该设备的了解,所以建立有效的维修系统可以大大减少停机时间和节约维修费用。要实现这个目标,必须通过有效的技术手段和管理方式,正确了解和掌握设备的运行状况,从而做出及时的判断与合理的维修决策。提出通过对地铁机电设备进行综合监督管理,收集各设备的运行状态信息或数据,结合对地铁BAS系统各设备的诊断技术,实现对地铁BAS系统机电设备的监督管理、预知维护功能。 The maintenance of equipment that in Subway BAS system is a huge spending in the industry production cost. Maintenance work depends largely on the using of equipment and maintenance personnel to the understanding of the devices. So,establish an effective maintenance system can significantly reduce downtime and save maintenance cost. To achieve this goal, we must through the effective means of technology and management way, correctly understand and master the running status of equipment so as to make timely judgment and reasonable maintenance decision-making. In this paper,based on the subway comprehensive supervision and management of mechanical and electrical equipment, collection of all the equipment running status information or data, combining the subway BAS system equipment diagnosis technology, realize the supervision and management of subway BAS system mechanical and electrical equipment,the prescient maintenance function.
