渐进式延迟退休必须统筹兼顾被引量：2

摘要延退应小步慢走渐进式延迟退休是采取比较缓慢而稳妥的方式，逐步延长退休年龄，尽量减小退休政策调整对社会和有关人员带来的影响。这是许多国家存提高法定退休年龄方面通行的做法，也符合我国的实际。
