摘要 本文论述了利用管道(减少沿线生态破坏)从国家级自然保护区内徐家坝水库引水、跨流域调水,解决沿线人畜饮水及山地灌溉的设计思路、创新特点及效益分析。根据供水需求及缓解管网压力要求,分片、分段设置高位大水池,结合小水池、小水窖及爱心水窖连通蓄水,保证每一滴水都储存备用。利用高位水池自身压力及与耕地落差实现喷灌、滴灌等节水灌溉技术应用,解决山区、半山区人畜饮水及耕地灌溉。 Water is diverted from Xujiaba Reservoir in National Nature Reserve by pipelines (for reducing ecological damage along the line), and water is diverted from other river basin for solving human and animal drinking and irrigation along the line. The paper discusses the project' s design ideas, innovative characteristics and benefit analysis. High level larger water pools are set section by section and stage by stage. Small water pool, small water cellars and caring cellars are combined for connected water storage, thereby all water can be stored for standby. Own pressure of high level water pool and its drop with farmland land are utilized for realizing sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and other water-saving irrigation technology, thereby solving human and animal drinking and farmland irrigation in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas.
