摘要
为提高反弧段钢筋混凝土挡浪墙施工效率,小组成员灵活运用QC工具,用排列图找出问题症结,用因果图较透彻地分析原因,并正确合理选用PDCA统计方法进行对策实施,最终缩短反弧段钢筋混凝土挡浪墙施工工时,降低了工程造价,完成了目标值。
Team members flexibly utilize QC tools and arrangement diagram to identify problem causes m order to improve construction efficiency of ogee section reinforced concrete wave retaining wall. The causal diagram is utilized for thorough analysis of the causes. PDCA statistical methods are correctly and rationally selected for countermeasure implementation, thereby finally shortening the construction duration of ogee section reinforced concrete wave retaining wall, lowering project cost, and completing the objective values.
