摘要
通过分析门头沟区山洪灾害的分布情况、形成原因及成灾特点,本着以防为主,防治结合的方针,在逐步完善山洪灾害防御的各项非工程措施上,辅以必要的生态防洪工程措施,对重点隐患进行整治,从而达到标本兼治的目的。
Key hidden dangers are controlled by combining necessary ecological flood prevention project measures through analyzing the distribution condition, causes and characteristics of mountain flood disasters in Mentougou District according to policies of prevention first as well as prevention and control combination on the basis of gradually improving various non- project measures of mountain flood disaster prevention. Therefore the purpose of tackling the problems can be achieved.
