摘要
针对应用于汽车的无刷直流电机控制准确,简单、稳定的要求,提出了基于TMS320LF2407A DSP处理器为核心对四相永磁无刷直流电机控制系统的研究。实现了永磁无刷直流电机位置信号检测电路,驱动电路,保护电路硬件和软件设计。经一台汽车转向泵四相永磁无刷直流电机试验,表明该系统结构简单,成本低,运行平稳。
For brushless DC motor control is accurate in automotive applications, simple, stable requirements, the researeh of the four phase permanent-magnet brushless DC motor control system based on the TMS320LF2407A DSP processor is proposed. The permanent magnetic detection circuit position signals of a brushlcss DC motor, opt coupler isolation circuit and driving circuit have been designed. After a four phase motor test shows that the system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, stable operation.
