摘要
建立并首创了一种选用免化学试剂离子色谱系统、抑制型电导检测的方法,分析测定几种常见硅烷偶联剂中游离氯的含量。选择的色谱条件是高容量阴离子交换柱IonPac AS18,淋洗液自动发生在线产生装置,配有自循环模式抑制器的数字电导检测器进行检测。该方法结果准确,方法快速,操作简单,选用试剂少,具有良好的选择性,丰富了有机硅产品特殊指标的分析方式。
A new method is created and pioneered that using Reagent Free Ion Chromatography, suppressed conductivity detection methods to analyze free chlorine from several common silane coupling agents. The chromato-graphic conditions selected is a high-capacity anion exchange column IonPac AS18, isocratic eluent which was gen-erated by automatic eluent generator equipped with a self-loop mode suppressors digital conductivity detector for de-tection. The determination was processed by suppressed conductivity digital detector. The results have beautiful re-producibility, selectivity, sensitivity ,with less reagent, enriched analytical methods from silicone products for spe-cific indicators.
