菏泽地区医疗保健机构消毒状况调查分析

Investigation Report of Disinfection Work in the Medical and Health Protective Units in Heze District

[目的]为了解不同医疗单位不同科室的消毒工作状况。[方法]对3种不同类别的医疗保健机构进行了消毒监测,随机抽取室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中的消毒液等样品,经培养检测细菌菌落总数。所获数据以卡方检验进行样本率的显著性检验。[结果]共检测样品1074份,细菌菌落总数合格率为65.83％,其中地县直综合医院、专科医保单位和工厂学校卫生所的合格率依次为72.14％、67.25％和57.59％(x^2=19.99,P<0.01)。[结论]菏泽地区医疗保健机构的消毒工作状况较差。不同单位之间及同一单位的不同科室之间消毒工作开展的很不平衡。

[Objective]In order to realize the status of the disinfection work in various medicalunits and different sections. [Methods] The disinfection examination of three kinds medical and health protective units was carried out.The samples of indoor air,surface of various articles. hands of medical staff and disinfectant solution in use were taken randomly. The total number of bacteria community was tested affer culture. The data processing was according to Chi - square test. [Results] 1074 sample were tested totally. The eligibility rate of total number of bacteria community was 65.83 % And among them , the general hospitals of county and district, the special medical and health protective units and the clinics of factory and scholl were 72.14% ,67.25% ,and 57.59%( x2= 19.99, P <0.01) . [conclusions]The result showed that the status of disinfection work in the medical and health protectiv units in Heze district was poor. There was a marked difference of disinfection work in various units and in different sections of same unit.
