摘要
以制度分析为视角,从规制性、规范性和文化—认知性三大基础要素的角度出发,深入分析北京S大学听课与评课制度存在的局部功能性缺陷和落实障碍,提出以"以人为本,整体优化"为原则的改革设想,针对制度的定位、评价标准以及评价模式等提出具体的改进措施,旨在实现促进教学管理、监控和保障教学质量与实现教师专业发展的目的。
Adopting the approach of institutional analysis, this paper intends to explore some functional defects and implementation barriers in lesson observation and evaluation system in a Beijing university from the regulative, normative and cultural-cognitive perspectives. Under the principle of peopleoriented optimization, it also proposes some suggestions on the reform of the current system regarding institutional positioning, evaluation criteria and assessment model with the aim of promoting teaching management, supervising and guaranteeing teaching quality and achieving teachers' professional development.
