The Course and Experiences of CPC's Policy of Peasants' Livelihood Construction Since the Founding of the People's Republic of China

新中国成立以来,党的农民民生建设经历了解决农民生计、共同富裕及小康社会建设、提升农村公共服务水平及全面建成小康社会三个历史阶段。从保障广大农民的基本生计到促进农民的全面发展,是党的农民民生建设的演进逻辑,也是对马克思主义实现"人的自由全面发展"的根本体现。建国以来党的农民民生建设实践积累了丰富的历史经验,民生建设应该以坚持党领导的中国特色社会主义和依法治国理念为基础,以以人为本、执政为民为原则,以切实保障广大农民的生存与发展权利为核心,以依据时代变化适时调整民生建设内容和方式为策略,以积极开展党的先进性建设为保障。

Since the Founding of the People＇s Republic of China, CPC＇s policy of peasants＇ livelihood have gone through three historical stages,which include solving the peasants＇ Livelihood, Common prosperity and building a moderately prosperous society, enhance the level of public services in rural areas and building a well-off society In an all-round way. From the basic livelihood to the comprehensive development of farmers, it＇s the logical evolution of our party＇s Policy of Peasants＇ Livelihood Construction. and it＇s also reflect to the Marxism thought of ＇the all-round and free development of people＇ achieving＇. Since the Founding of the People＇s Republic of China, our party have gained rich valuable experience in the policy of peasants＇ livelihood construction. People＇s livelihood construction should based on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and ruling the country by law. Our party should serves the people heart and soul, works for the public and assumes power for the people, should fully protect the survival and development of peasants. Our party also should to adjust the policy of livelihood construction to the wave of change, to maintain the advantage of our Party.
