围术期护理干预对普外科腹腔镜手术患者并发症的影响

The impact of perioperative nursing intervention on the complications in patients with laparoscop-ic operation

目的探讨应用围术期临床护理路筘对普外科腹腔镜手术患者并发症的影响效果。方法选取2010年4月至2013年4月于青岛市城阳区人民医院行腹腔镜手术患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例．对照组给予围术期常规护理，观察组在围手术期常规护理的基础上给予临床护理路径管理。观察对比两组的术后并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用及患者的满意度。结果观察组术后并发症的发病率明显低于对照组，住院时间和住院费用明显低于对照组，患者的满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用围手术期临床护理路径管理干预预防普外科术后肺部并发症临床效果显著，有效的提高了临床护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative clinical nursing path on patients with general surgery laparoscopic operation. Methods From April 2010 to April 2013, 100 cases of lap- aroscopic operation patients, come from department of general surgery, Chengyang district people＇ s hos- pital of Qingdao, were randomly divided into 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group was given routine nursing during operation period. The observation group was given the management of clinical nursing path on the basis of routine nursing during operation period. Two groups were observed and compared about the incidence of postoperative complications including hos- pital stay, cost of hospitalization and patient satisfaction. Results In the observation group, the inci- dence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the control group, the length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the control group, patients sat- isfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The application of perioperative clinical nursing path management interventions can pre- vent general surgery postoperative pulmonary complications significantly, and effectively improve the quality of clinical care.
