目的防范新生儿重症监护室（NICU）护理的安全隐患。方法对NICU存在的隐患进行原因分析，提出防范措施。结果通过对护士的相关专业知识培训，以期在临床实际工作中减少差错事故的发生，提高护理质量。结论加强护士的管理和培训，落实防范措施，使其具备高度的责任心和慎独修养，从而促进患儿病情好转或早日康复，护理质量才能得到根本的体现。

Objective To prevent hidden danger of NICU nursing. Methods To analyze the reasons for the existence of NICU hidden danger and put forward preventive measures. Results Through professional training of nurses, to reduce the accident occurrence in clinical practice, im- prove the quality of care. Conclusions To strengthen the management and training of nurses and implement preventive measures, so as to promote neonate better or recover soon, nursing quality can be fundamentally embodied.
