摘要
以"寿研11-3"番茄和"二苠"茄子幼苗为试材,采用拌土和喷雾方式配套使用根际促生菌制剂YHN,研究了根际促生菌YHN对2种作物生长势的影响,以明确根际促生菌YHN在工厂化育苗过程中的促生作用。结果表明:根际促生菌制剂可以显著增加番茄和茄子的株高、叶面积、根部鲜重和地上部鲜重,由此可见其促生效果显著。
Taking seedling of ＇Shouyan 11-3＇ tomato and＇ Ermin＇ eggplant as tset materials, the effect of growth potential on tomato and eggplant were investigated, in order to clarify the growth-promoting effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria strain YHN in the process of factory seedling grows. The results showed that the plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria could significantly increase the growth of tomato and eggplant plant height , leaf area. root fresh weight and aboveground fresh weight. therefore the growth-promoting effect was obvioused.
