‘金薇’叶片呈色的结构和生理基础研究 被引量:8

摘要 以紫薇品种‘金薇’和‘金薇’野生型为试材,利用透射电镜观察比较了供试‘金薇’及其野生型叶肉细胞内叶绿体和线粒体的超微结构,测定了不同时期叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷的含量。结果表明:‘金薇’叶肉细胞内,叶绿体和线粒体结构均呈现异常,叶绿体内基粒和基粒片层较少,线粒体内部有空腔,嵴发育不完全;‘金薇’叶片内的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷等4种色素的含量均极显著低于野生型,总叶绿素含量减少的程度大于类胡萝卜素,总叶绿素/类胡萝卜素低至2.0左右,这是导致‘金薇’叶片呈现黄色的直接原因。 Taking the Lagerstroemia indica L. 'Jinwei' and its wild- type (CK) as materials, the leaf ultrastructure of chloroplasts and mitochondria were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, and t he content uf chlorophyll, carotenoids and anthocyanin were measured at different time. The results showed that the ultra structure of chloroplasts and mitochondria were abnormal in "jinwei ' mesophyll cells. There was fewer stroma lamella and grana lamella in chloroplast. There was cavity and a small amount of crest in mitochondria. The content of chl a , chl b. carotenoids and anthocyanin in ' Jinwei' were significantly lower than those in CK. Reduction of the total chlorophyll content was grealE'r than cnrotcnoidsvand the ratio of the total chlorophyll and carotenoid were significantly reduced to about 2. o,which was the immediate reason for the appearance of golden leaves in "jinwei '.
