摘要
以花叶芦竹、睡莲、黄菖蒲、水生美人蕉4种湿地植物为试材,研究了4种湿地植物在水涝胁迫过程中的各种生理生化的变化,以期比较4种植物的耐涝性。结果表明:黄菖蒲和花叶芦竹耐涝性较差,睡莲耐涝性指标中叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、细胞膜透性要强于水生美人蕉。
Taking Arundo donax var. versicolor, Nym.phaea tetragona .Lris pseudacorus, Canna glauca as materials, the changes of physiological and biochemical under waterlogging stress were studied-and their waterlogging resistance were compared. The results showed that the waterlogging resistance of Arundo donax var. versicolor and Iris pseudacorus were poor. The waterlogging resistance of Nym.phaea tetragona was better than that of Canna glauca in chlorophyll, soluble protein content-proline content,MDA content and membrane permeability.
