新生代农民工城市融入中的信息短缺造成新生代农民工与企业的信息不对称,制约新生代农民工经济融合、社会融合与心理融合的贯通,导致新生代农民工城市融入中现有的制度型社会资本低效。从信息论上看,信源单向性发布信息、信道传输信息不通畅、信宿接受信息能力弱是新生代农民工信息短缺的主要原因。构建交互性的信息网络平台、建立健全农民工相关制度、增强农民工信息能力是应对新生代农民工城市融入中信息短缺的重要途径。

Many consequences are caused by shortage of information of new generation peasant worker in merging into urban, such as the information a- symmetry between the new generation peasant worker and the enterprise, restricting the link among the economic integration, the social integration and psychological integration of new generation peasant worker in merging into urban, leading to the inefficient impact of the present institutional social-capital in the course of new generation peasant worker in merging into urban. According to the point of view of information theory, the new generation peasant workerg information shortage in merging into urban are resulted by the following aspects, the one-way source of releasing information, the information channel to transmit infommtion is not smooth, the weak information capability of new generation peasant worker. Thoroughly, it should solve the problem of information shortage of new generation peasant worker by using some important ways, such as to build the interactive information network platform, to establish and to perfect the system associated with peasant worker, to strengthen information ability of new generation peasant worker.
