摘要
本文通过对天津市26所高职院校的图书馆员进行问卷调查,基于探索性因素分析,提出了构建高职院校图书馆员的胜任力模型,包括3个一级维度和12个二级维度,并在此基础上通过独立样本T检验,进一步确定模型的基准性胜任力和鉴别性胜任力。
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey about twenty-six vocational college librarian of Tianjin, through exploratory factor analysis (EFA), it constructs a model of competency of vocational college librarians, including three first dimensions and twelve second dimensions, then through independent-samples T test to distinguish the threshold competence and the differentiating competence.
