摘要
通过不同穗型强势粒与弱势粒米质差异比较 ,研究了稻米品质生理。结果表明 ,强势粒较弱势粒有较大的精米长度、精米宽度、垩白粒率、AC、GC ,和较小的长 /宽、垩白面积、GT ,直立穗型品种强势粒与弱势粒米质差异较大。
The grain quality physiology was studied by comparing the difference of grain qualities between vigorous and weak grains of different panicle types. The results showed that comparing with weak grains,vigorous grains had greater length and width of polished rice,higher percentage of chalkiness,higher content of amylose,high GC as well as lower GT,smaller ratio of length to width and the size of chalkiness. There is a greater difference of quality between vigorous and weak grains in erect panicle varieties.
