摘要
盐酸氨丙啉碱性高浓度有机废水含有大量氯化钠、氢氧化钠、嘧啶类杂环化合物、甲醇、氯仿和其他未知有机物,常规的生化治理成本高且效果差。采用中和+低温沉降+树脂吸附+蒸发浓缩的技术路线可对该废水进行有效治理,所得氯化钠符合工业盐要求,蒸发冷凝水可返回车间作为工艺用水回用。经工程验证,该工艺处理成本约为256元/m3,仅为常规方法的20%,具有很好的经济和社会效益。
Amprolium hydrochloride alkaline highly-concentrated organic wastewater contains a lot of sodium chloride ,sodium hydroxide ,heteroeyclic pyrimidine compounds,methanol,chloroform and other unknown organic compounds. The costs of its conventional biochemical treatment used to be high, and the efficacy was poor. The neutralization+low-temperature settlement +resin adsorption +evaporation condensation process has been used for efficiently treating the wastewater. The sodium chloride obtained meets the industrial salt requirements. The evaporated condensate returned to the workshop can be reused as process water. The verified engineering result indicates that the costs of treatment are about CNY 256/m3,being only 20% of that by conventional method. This technique has good economic and social benefits.
