梳理国内外文献,对技术并购与自主创新是互补还是替代关系从理论、衡量方法和实证证据等方面进行综述,研究表明:目前并没有明确证据表明技术并购和自主创新之间是互补或是替代关系;技术并购和自主创新间的关系会受到并购公司自身吸收能力和目标公司创新能力的影响。在此基础上,展望未来的研究发展。

The paper reviews the relevant literature, overviews whether the relationship between the technology acquisition and the independent innovation is the complementary or substitutive from the economic theories, measure methods and em- pirical evidence and the results show that： There is no affirmatory evidence that teehnology acquisition and the independent innovation are complementary or substitutive relationship; the relationship between technology acquisition and independent innovation will be influenced by absorption ability of acquiring corporations and innovation ability of the target corporations. The paper also researches the direction of future development in this domain.
