摘要
运用层次分析法建立广东省企业科技特派员实施效果评价体系,从定量的角度丰富科技特派员实施效果评价方法。通过实证分析提出建议:应完善企业科技特派员的引进机制、重视企业特派员的科技创新辐射能力、进一步完善企业科技特派员的评价机制,以评促建。
Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) this paper sets up the effect evaluation system of special enterprises commissioners in Guangdong Province. It enriches methods to the effect evaluation of special commissioners from the quan- titative point of view. This paper also puts forward several suggestions through the empirical analysis : ( 1 ) perfecting the introduction system of special enterprises commissioners ; (2) attaching great importance to the innovation ability of special enterprises commissioners ; (3) further improving this evaluation system and helping to build itself in return.
