摘要
采用陕西省2000-2010年R&D投入和创新产出数据,对陕西省R&D投入与创新产出之间的关系进行协整分析和Granger检验,研究发现,陕西省R&D投入与创新产出两个变量之间存在着长期的均衡关系;陕西R&D投入对发明专利授权数有显著影响,说明提高研发经费支出有利于提高陕西自主创新能力和创新产出。而陕西发明专利授权数构成R&D经费投入的原因并不显著,说明陕西的研发投入与创新产出之间还未形成良性互动关系,并提出相关政策建议。
Based on the co - integration methods, we analyzed the relationship between the R&D input and innovation out- put in Shaanxi province based on the data in the period of 2000 -2010. The results show that there is a long- term equi- librium relationship between R&D input and innovation output. Sbaanxi R&D input improves the capability of independent innovation and innovation output. But, the influencing function of innovation output is not obvious to R&D input. It means there is no positive interaction between R&D input and innovation output in Shaan Xi province. Finally, the proposed poli- cies are suggested.
