摘要
传统的大型建设项目信息交流平台主要以业主方或者监理方为载体进行中转,信息通过载体传递会出现信息失真以及信息传递滞后情况的发生。并行工程作为一种工程方法论,强调参与者群体协同工作的效应,将该思想应用到大型建设项目信息交流平台的构建中,对于保证信息传递的真实性和及时性具有较好的效果。在分析大型建设项目现的信息交流平台优缺点以及并行工程适用性的基础上,构建基于并行工程思想的大型建设项目信息交流平台,并提出具体实施方法。
The smooth implementation of large - scale construction projects requires information transferring truthiully and effectively among all participants. The traditional information communication platform is mainly transited by the vector of clients or supervisors. Because of the quality of " economic man" of each participator, transmitting information by clients or supervisors will have information distortion which is not conducive to information transmission during the implementation of the projects. As a methodology of project, concurrent engineering stands high perspective of product designing and the whole process of manufacturing, breaking the concept of the traditional organization structure leads to partition of depart- ments and stressing the effects of participators collaborative working. The thoughts of concurrent engineering can bring effect to strengthening the links among different departments. So applying the theory to build innovative information communica- tion platform of large - scale construction projects is very significant for strengthening information transmission among differ- ent participators and ensuring the authenticity and timeliness of information transmission during the construction course of large - scale projects. Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional information communication plat- form and the feasibility about using theory of concurrent engineering in the establishment of information communication plat- form in large -scale construction projects, this paper proposes that concurrent engineering theory can be used in establish- ment of information conmlunication platform in large - scale construction projects, and gives programs of specific implemen-
