目前,科技服务业在整个国民经济中占有越来越重要的地位,但是科技服务业统计工作在全国范围内尚处于起步阶段,全国范围内尚未形成统一的科技服务业统计调查制度,而且在已经开展科技服务业统计的省份中,面临着科技服务业统计对象不清晰、统计内容不全面等基础问题。通过对科技服务业统计的基础问题的探讨,完善科技服务业的统计调查制度,为政府的管理和决策提供可比较的参考。

Currently, the science and technology service industry occupies an increasingly important position in all the na- tional economy, but the technology service statistics in the country is still in its infancy, which has not yet formed a nation- wide unified technology service survey system and faced the problems such as unclear technology services statistics objects, not comprehensive statistics and other infrastructure issues. Through the discussion of basic problems of technology services statistics, the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the survey system, providing a comparative reference for the gov- ernmentg management and decision- making.
