摘要 随着全球经济一体化步伐加快,市场竞争程度日益激烈,团队合作受到越来越多企业的重视。对团队创造力的概念进行梳理,从维度与测量、影响团队创造力的变量因素等方面对国内外相关文献进行述评,对未来团队创造力研究的发展方向进行展望并提出建议。 With the acceleratedpace of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more organizations have been devoted to researches of teamwork. This paper first generalizes the concept of team crea- tivity, and then makes domestic and foreign literature review from different aspects, of which dimension and measurement, variable factors affecting team creativity are specifically studied. Finally, the paper points out the future development direc- tion of team creativity research and suggestions are put forward.
