摘要
北京高技术产业高投入的资源转化效率及全要素生产率来源是发展中亟待回答的问题。基于因子分析与DEA模型的二步法实证研究1996—2010年间北京高技术产业的技术效率,其中基于文献研究和因子分析降维建立指标,基于DEA的Malmquist和C2R模型进行测算,结果表明二步法的可行性。在全国各地区的样本中,北京自1999年一直为DEA有效,15年间平均增长0.2%,全要素生产率的主要来源是技术进步;并对东部无效率的地区进行原因分析,以及提出提升北京高技术产业技术效率的建议。
Problems of conversion efficiency of high investment and sources of total factor productivity are urgent for Beijing high - tech industry' s development. Based on factor analysis and data envelopment analysis, technology efficiency of Bei- jing high -tech industry from 1996 to 2010 is empirically studied; index systems are established through methods of litera- ture research and factor analysis firstly; technology efficiency is measured based on data envelopment analysis on Malmquist productivity index and C^R model respectively. The results show that the combination method of factor analysis and data en- velopment analysis is feasible, and the technical efficiency of Beijing has reached efficiency since 1999 in the sample of na- tionwide high - tech industry and increased by an average of 0. 2% , and main source of total factor productivity is technol- ogy progress. In addition, the cause of inefficiency of eastern region is also analyzed, and some proposals are put forward to upgrade technology efficiency of Beijing high - tech industry.
