摘要
通过对贵州省高校R&D经费投入、来源结构和支出结构的分析研究贵州省高校科技投入状况及水平。研究发现:贵州省高校R&D经费投入偏低,强度不足;政府是高校R&D经费的主要来源,但投入规模还不够;试验发展经费比例过低,科技成果转化不多。
Through analyzing the R＆D funds investment, the source structure and the expenditure structure of higher edu- cation in Guizhou province, the paper studied the science and technology input status and level of Guizhou universities. The study found that the R＆D funds of Guizhou universities carries the featnres of low investment and insufficient strength ; The government is the major source of R＆D funds, but the investment scale is not enough; The test development funds ratio is too low, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is limited.
