Research on Relationship between R&D Investment,Patent Output and Technical Market Development of Chongqing

为了证明R&D投入、专利产出与技术市场发展是可以相互影响的,通过实证分析得出重庆市的R&D投入、专利产出与技术市场发展相互影响的关系以及它们之间相互发生作用的滞后效应,根据重庆市的具体情况分析三者之间是如何发生影响的,并提出重庆市政府可以根据该研究结果合理配置R&D资源,从而增加专利产出和促进技术市场发展。

Patent output and the development of technology market can reflect the level of economic growth. R＆D （ re- search and development） investment is one of the most important factors ＇affecting patent output and technology market de- velopment, while patent output and technology market development can interact with each other. By using related data of Chongqing through 1997 to 2010, this paper carries out empirical analysis to measure the real relationship between R＆D in- vestment, patent output and technical market development and their lagging mutual effects. At last, according to the specif- ic situation in Chongqing, the paper analyzes how they interact with each other and expresses the hope that Chongqing Mu- nicipal People＇s Government can rationalize the distribution of R＆D resource in accordance with the findings of this article, thereby increasing the patent output and promoting the development of technology markets.
