The Comparison of Intellectual Property Right Protection between China and EU and the Enlightenment to China

随着中国加入WTO,中国所参与的国际贸易越来越广泛。从中国知识产权保护的实际出发,通过对比中国与欧盟在知识产权执法、知识产权制度、知识产权海关保护、盗版问题以及商标侵权责任五个方面的比较分析,找出在知识产权保护方面我国与欧盟存在的各方面差距,以期为我国在知识产权保护问题上提供参考。

With China＇ s joining into WTO, the international trade activities China participates in have become more wider and deeper. Based on the status quo of the intellectual property right protection and the comparison between China and EU in intellectual property right system, customs protection of IPRs, intellectual property law enforcement, piracy and trade- mark infringement, this paper explores the gap between China and EU and provides references for China on the issue of in- tellectual property right protection.
