摘要
以用户视角研究ERP实施过程。采用探索性单案例研究,在综述ERP实施过程理论及ERP关键成功因素的基础上构建北斗模型,界定了模型中陷阱阶段的存在、特征及成因,探索性地提出跨越陷阱所需要的多层次能力。研究发现,ERP技术及服务供应方与软件使用方对系统成功界定之间存在时间差,同时知识的转移及最佳实践与已有管理习惯的交替也需要时间,由于对此时间差的认识不足导致ERP上线后存在使用陷阱,而多层次能力的配合作用有利于跨越陷阱。多层次能力包括终端用户的使用惯性、关键用户的使用弹力及组织文化的使用撑力。
This article studied the ERP implementation process based on the user perspective. Using exploratory case stud- y, the article reviewed the paper of process theory and critical success factors of ERP implementation, built the BEIDOU model, defined the trap stage after ERP on - line, described the characteristics and causes of this trap. And the study found that the measurement of ERP successful is different between the supply of technology and service user. There is a time gap between the best practice and the existing management. The unconsciousness of the gap leads the user into the trap. And users need multi - level abilities to smoothly across the trap. The abilities include using - inertance - ability of end users, using - elasticity - ability of key users and the using - support - ability of the organization.
