摘要
科学、准确地评价城市低碳经济发展水平,可以为城市低碳经济发展指明方向和提供决策依据。从经济技术、能源排放、社会发展、资源环境四个方面构建城市低碳经济发展水平评价指标体系,运用可拓工程方法建立城市低碳经济发展水平的可拓评价模型,并以武汉市为例,从单项指标和整体上对其低碳经济发展进行全面分析,针对存在的问题给出低碳经济发展的几点改进建议。
Objective and accurate evaluation of the development level of urban low - carbon economy can offer important decision basis to low - carbon economic development . The article constructs the evaluation index system of urban low - carbon economic development level which contains economic - technology, energy, social development and resources - en- vironment, establishes extensive evaluation model of the development level of urban low - carbon economy based on exten- sion engineering method, and takes Wuhan as the example to comprehensively analyze from the single index and the whole. The research points out the existing problems and gives some suggestions of the low - carbon economic development.
