“医改”深化和药房自动化实践下的药学监护 被引量：5

摘要 “医改”的逐步深化，“药品零差价”新政在实施，摆脱“以药养医”桎梏的药师当以新的姿态面世。与此同步，药房自动化以快捷、自动化和信息化手段，替代传统的手工调配和发药，把药师从繁杂的劳动中解脱出来，节约时间以更好地进行药学服务和用药指导，促进药师职能和药学技术的发挥，提高处方调配准确率和发药效率，降低配药差错，体现药学工作由单纯供应保障向药学技术服务转型，无疑将造福于全社会和广大的患者。新的形势下，医院管理者在权衡药品获益和负担的基础上，取消了药品流通效益的药学部门，医院药学方向应转向哪里？药师主流工作应当干什么？成为每一位药师应当思考和抉择的问题!
