降纤酶联合谷红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Efficacy of Defibrase Combined with Guhong Injection for Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察降纤酶联合谷红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效与安全性。方法:以随机抽样法将急性脑梗死患者76例分为2组(治疗组和对照组)。对照组给予降纤酶10 U静脉滴注,1日/次;治疗组在此基础上辅助注射谷红注射液。2周后观察2组疗效,比较2组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度及血液流变学变化。结果:治疗组疗效、基本治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:降纤酶与谷红注射液联合应用治疗脑梗死疗效好,且用药安全。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficiency and safety of defibrase combined with Guhong injection for acute cerebral infarction. METHODS： Seventy-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to receive defibrase （10 U）by intravenous drip infusion q. d alone （control group）or in combination with Guhong injection （ treatment group）. After two weeks＇ treatment, the efficiency was evaluated and the degree of neurologic impairment and haemorheology of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS： The curative efficacy and basic cure rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and all the indicator in the treatment group were better than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Defibrase plus Guhong injection is safe and effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
