摘要 以高方平筛为研究对象,建立其力学模型及机电耦合数学模型,应用ADAMS和MATLAB对其进行联合仿真。结果表明,偏重块在启动过程中不是匀加速启动的,其角加速度的仿真曲线与电机电磁转矩的仿真曲线相似;电机的启动电流可以达到稳态电流的8倍以上,持续时间是偏重块的加速时间。研究方法和步骤不仅适合该类型高方平筛的设计与改进,同时对其他产品的设计及研发也有一定的使用价值和参考意义。 Taking square plansifler as research object, its united simulation was carried out by utilizing ADAMS and MATLAB through establishing mechanical model and electromechanical coupling mathematical model The united simulation results show that the acceleration in the startup process of the eccentric rotor is not uniform. Its simulation curve of angular acceleration simulation is similar to that of the electromagnetic torque. The motor startup current can be as much as eight times than that of the steady state. The methods and steps used in this paper can not only be utilized in the design and improvement of this type of square plansifter, but al- so provide a new design method and theoretical basis for the development of new product.
