摘要 目的在相同极限耐火时间条件下,建立一种具有厚型防火涂料的H型钢梁的涂料厚度选择关系式.方法以辽宁鞍山市高官岭置业小区轻钢框架住宅的4号楼框架主梁GL2为分析对象,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对具有NH(UN-H10)厚型防火涂料的GL2主梁进行耐火有限元分析,重点研究涂料厚度、导热系数、材料密度和比热等参数对钢梁耐火性能的影响.结果在一定范围内,钢梁的耐火性能随涂料厚度、密度和比热容的增加而线性增加,但随导热系数的增加而按双曲线降低.笔者给出了选取经济适用的钢结构厚型防火涂料关系式.结论对钢结构厚型防火涂料的参数分析得到的关系式可以很方便地估算出给定耐火时间下的H型钢梁的厚型防火涂料厚度. The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for the choice of fire-resistant coating thickness of H-shaped steel beam of a steel frame structure under the condition of the same limit fire-resistant time. A typi- cal H-shaped steel beam named GL2 and coated with NH(UN-H10) fireproof coating in the Building 4 which located in Gaoguanling housing estate,Anshan City,was chosen as an analyzed object to perform a finite ele- ment analysis (FEA)by using ANSYS software, emphasizing on the influence of the coating thickness, coeffi- cient of heat conductivity, density of the material and specific heat on the fire-resistant performance of the re- searched beam. The numerical results show that the fire-resistant performance is linearly increased with incre- ment of the coating thickness, coefficient of heat conductivity, density of the material, and decreased in accord- ance with the hyperbola curve with increment of the specific heat. The proposed method for choice of the thickness of fire-resistant coating can be conveniently used to approximately evaluate the thick fire-resistant coating thickness of the designed steel beam under a given fire-resistant limit time.
