通过对2013年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主的研究,带来一些启示:原始创新源于学术积累,重视继承前人的科研成果,实现学术创新;优良的教育背景和学术传承是产生诺贝尔奖的规律,获得良好教育和重视学术传承是产生一流成果的必要条件;优秀论文发表在高影响力的期刊上,易被同行们认可和交流;30岁--45岁是取得突破性成果的最佳年龄段,重视优秀青年人才的培养;加快科技奖励制度的改革,严格评选中报程序,建立规范科技评价体系。
Through the analysis of the 2013 Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine, we think that the medical science and technology need original innovation in academic accumulation, pay attention to inherit the previous research results, to facilitate the realization of academic innovation. Excellent education background and academic inheritance is to obtain Nobel Prize rules, received a good education and academic inheritance is a necessary condition for first class achievements. Excellent papers published in high impact journals is easy to be colleagues recognized and exchange. 30-45 years old is the best age breakthrough results, must pay attention to the cultivation of outstanding young talents. Speed up the reform of the reward system of science and technology, strict selection procedures, establish a standardized evaluation system of science and technology.
