Analysis and Discussion of Design Bid Invitation Evaluation Method in a Drainage Tunnel

在水利工程设计招标中,需要针对设计的特点制定相应的评标办法,以便更好地选择设计单位并指导投标单位合理报价。本文结合某排水隧洞设计项目的特点,从评标因素选择及量化、投标人资格设定、报价得分计算等方面对评标办法进行了分析总结,为进一步提高招标效果,提出了建议。

Corresponding evaluation methods should be formulated aiming at design characteristics in bid invitation of water conservancy project design. Therefore, design unit should be better selected, and bidding units can be guided for rationally quoting. Characteristics of design projects in one drainage tunnel are combined in the paper. The evaluation methods are analyzed and summed up in the aspects of evaluation factor selection and quantifying, bidder qualification setup, quotation score calculation and other aspects, thereby further improving the bidding effect, and proposing suggestions.
