一氧化氮与高原暗适应

摘要 目的 :探讨吸入低浓度一氧化氮后对高原暗适应的效应 ,为急性高原病的防治积累参考资料。方法 :现场采用暗房夜光表检测法 ,对驻守在海拨 5 380m6个月的 46名健康官兵进行低浓度NO吸入 30分钟前后的暗适应检测。结果 :吸入低浓度NO后暗适应时间较吸入前显著缩短 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :在慢性缺氧的条件下 ,吸入低浓度的NO对大脑皮层功能及视网膜感光功能有明显的改善作用。 Objective:In order to accumulate reference mateial for preventing and curing of acute mountain sickness,the effect of inhalation of low concentration of nitric oxide on high altitude dark adaptation were probed. Method:Dark adaptation were detected (by using of luminous watch in dark room)on 46 healthy officers and soldiers(garrison in high altitude at 5380m above sea level for 6 months )before and after 30 minutes inhalation of low concentration of nitric oxide.Result:the dark adaptation time after inhalation of low concentration of nitric oxide were shortened obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion:Inhalation of low concentration of nitric oxide may improve the function of cerebral cortex ard retinal sensitization.
