摘要
探讨了一种新的、快速简便的内燃机性能评价方法——加减速法 ,用该方法按给定的试验规范测量内燃机的动态参数——速度、加速度及瞬时油耗 ,可全面、快速、准确地评价内燃机的动力性和经济性。设计了用加减速法评价内燃机动力性和机械损失功率的微机测量系统以及评价经济性的瞬时油耗转速微机测量系统。将两微机测量系统的测量结果与台架的稳态试验结果相比较 ,表明两者具有较好的一致性。加减速法本身也具有良好的重复性。
A new, fast and convenient method, the accelerated decelerated method, for evaluating engine performance was disscussed in this paper. The dynamic parameters of an engine, speed, acceleration and instantaneous fuel consumption, were measured according to the given test standards, which could evaluate engine power and fuel consumption comprehensively and accurately. Two microcomputer systems, one for measuring the power performance and mechanical losses by the accelerated decelerated method, and the other for measuring instantaneous fuel consumption had speed were developed. The results obtained by the two measuring systems had a good repeatability had were in good agreement with those obtained from a steady state test.
