摘要
轮式装载机的横梁是工作装置连杆机构与动臂间的重要连接构件 ,但在工作装置设计时 ,时常发生横梁与摇臂的干涉现象。以 ZL 5 0型装载机为例 ,利用 CAD和可视化技术 ,确定了干涉区域的位置与最大干涉量 ,并提出了解决干涉问题的 2种实用方案 ,成功地解决了设计中遇到的技术难题。
A cross beam is an important link member, which is a link between the working device Z bar linkage and the boom of a wheeled loader. The moving relationship of the linkage is so complicated that the interference between the boom and the cross beam is often occurred during the manual design of the working device. Using CAD and visualization techniques, this paper took a ZL50 wheeled loader as an example, the interference zone and the maximum value of the interference were determined automatically, and two practical methods for solving the interference were presented. One method is to modify the dimension of the cross beam, and the other is to modify the dimension of the rocker arm. The two methods are all of available. As the former method has the advantage over the latter one, it is finally adopted in practice.
