Spray Drying of Pulsating Flow Generated by a Pulse Combustor

摘要 利用脉动燃烧器产生的高频脉动尾气流对 Na Cl溶液进行了喷雾干燥试验 ,应用激光粒度分析仪(PDA)和激光速度分析仪 (L DA)等测试装置对干燥器内的液滴粒度、速度和温度分布进行了在线测量 ,并对其干燥过程进行了分析。试验结果表明 ,高温、高频振荡气流下的喷雾干燥比传统喷雾干燥的蒸发速率提高 2 .5倍。 Spray drying of NaCl solution under a high oscillating flow field generated by a pulse combustor was carried out. The distributions of droplet diameter and velocity as well as their temperature and moisture content were online measured by the laser Doppler technique and other instruments. The optical bench of laser measurements with the emitter and receiver was installed on the traverse system and was able to move from a window to another to measure the particle diameters along the dryer. At each window of total five ones the measurements were made at 5 points (0, 1, 2, 8, and 9 cm from the axis of the dryer) along the radius. The drying process was analyzed and the result showed that the drying rate of a pulsating combustion dryer with high temperature and high frequency oscillating air flow was at least 2.5 times higher than that of conventional spray dryers.
