摘要
运用试验模态分析方法和有限元法 ,对试装柴油发动机的国产微型汽车进行了模态分析 ,把两种分析方法所得的模态参数进行比较 ,经确认或修改 ,便可建立一种比较精确的动态设计模型。在相似性估计的准则上 ,提出了一种频率对比的新方法 ,对车身的局部振动进行修改并得到较为合理的结构。
In this paper, experimental modal analysis and dynamic finite element analysis were used in modal analysis of a domestic mini car with diesel engine. The model was modified through analysis of model parameters obtained in the two ways and then a precise dynamic design model was established. A new method of frequency comparison was presented on the standard of resemblance. The partial vibration and inherent vibration shape were modified, and a rational structure was obtained.
