戈木珠尔在再生生物学技术修复头皮缺损中的作用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察戈木珠尔在应用再生生物学技术对头皮缺损修复中的作用。方法 :对 10只兔全层头皮撕脱伤口采用暴露疗法 ,应用自体颅骨膜或帽状腱膜贴于颅骨面上 ,同时采用戈木珠尔液喷洒 ,观察疗效。结果 :10只兔均治愈 ,再生头皮均长出毛发。结论 :戈木珠尔具有活血化瘀 ,调整机体免疫功能 ,抗感染 ,诱导组织再生等多种作用 ,在用再生生物学技术进行自体组织重建治疗中可修复头皮缺损区。 Objective:To observe the repairing actions of Gemuzhuer(GMZE,戈木珠尔) on injured skull skin by means of regenerative biological technique.Methods:Ten rabbits with defective skull skin of fulllayer were treated with exploring and with the method which is to attach cap shape to the surfase of cranial bone and to sprinkle GMZE liquid.Then the curative effects were observed.Results:All the 10 rabbits were cured.The hair was regenerated on regenerated skull skin.Conclusions:GMZE possesses the actions including promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,modulation of immune function,antiinfection,induction of tissue regeneration and so on,meanwhile using the methods of regenerative biological technique it can repair the defects of skull skin.
